Job summary

Conturve is seeking an Influencer Outreach Assistant in Manchester to identify, reach out to and build relationships with creators who align with the Conturve brand. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to grow our creator network, manage gifting, and ensure timely delivery of content that supports brand campaigns.

The role requires a genuine passion for social media, strong communication skills, and an organised, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant influencers across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Reach out daily to grow Conturve's influencer network.
• Manage gifting from outreach to content delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
• Negotiate gifting and content opportunities where appropriate.
• Maintain an organised influencer database and track activity.
• Follow up to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Monitor influencer content and identify strong performers for future campaigns.
