Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking a senior influencer operations professional in the United Kingdom for a 3-month contract. You will manage day-to-day client programs, lead influencer campaigns across micro to macro tiers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

You’ll bring 5+ years in client-facing digital or influencer roles, deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems, and strong project management skills to deliver strategic recommendations and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a client-facing digital/influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social content and measuring performance metrics.
• Highly organized with multi-client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operations across accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage creator operations and tracking across platforms.
• Monitor performance, identify optimizations and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate workflows and reporting standards.
• Oversee budgets and day-to-day financial oversight.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, PR, Creative, Production teams.
• Support strategic planning, campaign insights, and roadmaps.
• Lead client presentations with clear narratives and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members to improve execution and communication.
• Identify workflow improvements and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
