Job summary

WPP Media’s Goat Agency team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage influencer and social marketing campaigns for global brands. You will identify suitable mechanics and creators, help craft proposals, and support client communications.

The role requires calm under pressure and solid writing and relationship-building skills. You will work within a hybrid London-based setup, contributing to award-winning campaigns across multiple markets while handling budgets and delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns.
• Ability to delegate and prioritise a changing workload.
• Competent writing and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
• Understand Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements).

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for day-to-day management of influencer and social marketing campaigns.
• Identify correct mechanics, influencers and creative for each brand and audience in proposals.
• Attend pitches for prospective clients and assist Account Manager in client calls.
• Take responsibility for ensuring KPIs are met and campaigns are delivered.
• Oversee and manage large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns.
• Report on campaigns and liaise with account managers to ensure client satisfaction.
