Ogilvy UK is seeking an Influence Account Director to lead high-profile, multi-market influencer campaigns and provide senior counsel to clients. You will shape influence strategy and collaborate across media, PR, social, and brand activation to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.

You will mentor junior teams and deliver innovative, effective influence campaigns while staying attuned to cultural trends and industry developments. This hybrid London role offers impactful work with top brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Influence Account Director or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of influence strategy and experience managing large multi-market campaigns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to confidently lead influence conversations and act as escalation point for junior clients.
• Excellent collaboration skills across capabilities to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of influencer campaigns and manage managers/executives.
• Design and define industry-leading influencer strategy with objectives, targets, calendar, and budget.
• Collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and other stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
• Nurture client relationships and opportunities to support influencer programs.
• Lead content creation and sell-in of creative solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Provide senior counsel to clients and stay updated on industry trends.
