Ogilvy UK is seeking an Influence Director in London, hybrid role, to lead the Business Influence practice within PR & Influence. The position reports to the Business Director/Client Partner and is a fixed-term 12-month contract with full-time hours.

You will oversee complex influencer campaigns, develop commercial strategies, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the B2B influencer offering across the Ogilvy network. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of four years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related marketing field.
• Background in corporate PR, sales, or B2B account management is valuable.
• Strong understanding of influencer strategies for B2B and corporate clients.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor the team, manage resource and capacity with the Business Director.
• Develop tailored Influencer strategies, set objectives, calendars and budgets.
• Lead client relationships, present ideas, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-layered influencer campaigns within budgets and timelines.
• Contribute to thought leadership and promote Business Influencer offering across Ogilvy network.
