Job summary

Ogilvy UK seeks an energetic Leader in influencer marketing to drive strategy and delivery across high-profile campaigns. You will collaborate with Business Directors, media, PR, and creative teams to shape influencer programs that deliver measurable impact for corporate clients.

You will mentor teams, craft campaigns, and stay ahead of cultural trends to keep clients ahead of the curve in a dynamic market. This role offers flexible/hybrid working in London.

Qualifications

• Experience: a minimum of four years in influencer marketing, social media, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of B2B brands and influencer strategy.
• Creative and innovative approach to campaigns and thought leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for influencer campaigns, resources, and project delivery across teams.
• Develop and refine influencer strategies for B2B and corporate clients, including budgets and content calendars.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, selling content ideas and campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating production and talent management.
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry advocacy within Ogilvy and client networks.
