Job summary

Oxford Immunocore is seeking a Scientist - Infectious Diseases to advance our ImmTAX platform across HIV, HBV, EBV-related diseases. The role focuses on planning and executing experiments in molecular biology and immunology, applying NextGen sequencing, qPCR, flow cytometry, ELISpots and ELISAs to support preclinical development.

Collaboration across Research and other departments is essential to progress pipeline milestones.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with bench experience required.
• Experience with molecular and cellular techniques relevant to infectious disease research.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute experiments to support preclinical development.
• Analyze data and interpret results to drive project progression.
• Present results at internal meetings and collaborate across Research and other departments.
• Stay current with literature in HIV/HBV/EBV-related disease biology and drug development.
