Safran is seeking a dedicated Industrialisation Lead at the Gloucester site to own assembly project industrialisation. You will drive efficient, cost-effective solutions and ensure alignment with programme objectives and manufacturing requirements.

You will coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and methods teams, manage budgets, and bring new production technologies such as 3D printing into play.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting industrialisation or manufacturing projects.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of pilot production, ramp-up and mass production readiness.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of industrialisation activities for Assembly Projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and methods teams.
• Support Transfer of Work projects and manage timelines.
• Apply cost-effective assembly methods and new production technologies.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement within assembly processes.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Standardise administrative processes, templates, and reporting.
• Monitor industrialisation metrics to support decisions.
