Job summary

Safran Landing Systems is seeking a skilled project manager to lead complex industrialisation projects at its Gloucester site. You will drive end-to-end transfers, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage schedules, risks and supplier performance to ensure seamless transitions.

As part of a global aerospace leader, you will contribute to continual improvements, report progress to senior management, and support initiatives from design through to manufacturing and MRO readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within manufacturing, supply chain or industrial settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage schedules and data reporting for informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrial transfer and industrialisation projects with Safran's processes, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain) to meet objectives.
• Manage project schedules and risks with proactive escalation and issue resolution.
• Oversee supplier performance during transfers to maintain continuity of supply, quality and cost.
• Analyse data and produce dashboards and progress reports for senior management.
• Capture lessons learned and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
