Job summary

Safran Landing Systems is seeking an Industrialisation Project Leader in Gloucester on a hybrid basis. You will drive end-to-end industrial transfer, lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain, and ensure on-time delivery within quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain or industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage projects, schedules and data reporting to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end industrial transfer, industrialisation, and REACh compliance projects according to Safran's processes, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain) to deliver project objectives and milestones
• Manage and control project schedules and risks, ensuring proactive escalation and swift issue resolution
• Oversee supplier performance during industrial transfers, maintaining continuity of supply, quality, and cost control
• Analyse data and produce clear project reports and dashboards, providing visibility of progress to senior management
• Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing corrective actions
