Altro, based at our HQ in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, is seeking an Industrialisation Engineer to join the team on a full-time basis. You will help bring new and improved products into production with a focus on robustness and continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the industrialisation and scale-up of new and modified products into manufacturing.
• Planning, coordinating and reviewing production trials and validation activities.
• Defining process controls, operating limits and quality requirements.
• Investigating production issues and process deviations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Analysing manufacturing data and trends to improve process capability and product consistency.
• Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Product Development teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting plant continuity initiatives and improving manufacturing robustness.
• Ensuring all technical changes and trials support our commitment to Zero Harm.
