Job summary

USystems Ltd. in Bedford (UK) seeks an Industrialisation & Legrand Way Manager to lead site-level industrial engineering and continuous improvement. You will drive industrialization strategies, optimize processes, reduce costs and lead times, and oversee CAPEX, product manufacturability, and facility management.

You will lead and develop a cross-functional team, coordinate priorities, and promote data-driven decision-making in a site-based role with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Technical Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, industrialization, or production environments.
• Strong background in process industrialization, manufacturing processes, and process control principles.
• Experience with CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor).
• Proven leadership in technical teams, cross-functional project management, and execution of improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and monitor the industrialization strategy for existing and new products.
• Oversee manufacturability and process readiness; ensure smooth transfer from Product Development to Manufacturing.
• Support and review product release processes and industrial readiness assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align teams and functions.
• Deploy Legrand Way standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and oversee CAPEX initiatives; drive capability development and investments.
