• Develop new customers and opportunities across the territory.
• Build and manage relationships with system integrators and distributors.
• Value-sell ESAB and EWM solutions to customers.
• Manage the sales funnel and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop account plans.
