EWM HIGHTECH WELDING UK Ltd is seeking a Sales Representative for Industrial Welding Equipment & Solutions in the UK North and Midlands. You will drive growth across HIP, DS and Robotics for ESAB and EWM, engaging distributors, system integrators and customers.

You will build accounts, maintain CRM, and deliver value-based sales while keeping deep product knowledge of ESAB and EWM portfolio to win opportunities and hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the welding industry.
• Technical college or secondary-school level education.
• Welding knowledge in MIG/TIG/MMA preferred.
• Fluent English and local language per reporting structure.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for HIP, DS, and Robotics in UK North/Midlands.
• Identify customer potential and develop growth plans for welding solutions.
• Develop new customers and opportunities; manage account plans with distributors and system integrators.
• Value-sell ESAB and EWM solutions, manage the sales funnel and targets.
• Maintain CRM, opportunities and contracts; follow standard work.
