Stafffinders in Renfrewshire is seeking a high-energy Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced, sales-driven team. You will build client relationships, identify new business opportunities and connect businesses with reliable temporary workers across the industrial sector.

This role is office-based with achievable and uncapped bonuses, a birthday day off each year, private healthcare, volunteering days, Cycle to Work and clear career progression within a well-established recruitment business.

Qualifikationen

• Previous sales experience is essential, whether gained in recruitment, property, automotive sales or another target-driven sales environment
• Confidence making outbound calls and generating new business
