Job description

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious branch manager to oversee all functions of our sales and distribution centre in Swansea. The role includes managing the internal and external sales team to achieve agreed branch targets, warehouse and distribution, customer and supplier relations, as well as implementing business strategies. Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills with a history of success in sales as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry landscape.

• Manage daily operations, customer service, finance activities, making improvements as needed.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
• Helping to build close working relationships with suppliers.

Skill requirements include:

• Management experience with strong leadership skills
• Excellent sales, communication & organisational skills
• A comprehensive knowledge of the Industrial Automation and Control industry and associated products.
