The role emphasizes field presence, coaching, and collaboration across teams in a demanding power station environment. The successful candidate will possess NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with a track record in safety management, audits, and risk

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HSE regulatory framework and UK safety legislation.
• Experience in nuclear safety or related industries is preferred.
• Strong auditing, coaching and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide competent and proportionate industrial safety advice to line management.
• Engage with regulators and external bodies on safety matters.
• Monitor compliance with safety requirements and report trends.
• Support development and revision of safety standards and guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety networks.
• Contribute to location HESAC activities and safety culture.
