Leonardo UK Ltd offers a paid Industrial Placement in Edinburgh for 6 months to 1 year, with opportunities to work on real-time projects alongside leading scientists and engineers. The programme develops engineering and business skills and may lead to a permanent graduate position.

The placement is remunerated at £26,228 per annum, with expectations to spend at least three days per week on site to integrate with the team and maximise learning.

Qualifications

• All Industrial Placement roles require a minimum predicted 2:1 in a relevant degree such as Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other STEM subject. Minimum is a Bachelor's level degree.

Responsabilités

• Work on real engineering problems within the Radar or Advanced Targeting business area.
• Support design and development from initial product design to in-service support.
• Engage in R&D and contribute to system concepts and design to meet operating needs.
• Participate in requirements capture, design documentation, verification and validation.
