• Penultimate year of study or integrated master’s program required.
• Placement is based in Skinningrove five days a week onsite.
• Minimum 2:2 honours in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work on real improvement projects within the Engineering team.
• Lead production employees to execute track shoe production and improve processes.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and efficiency initiatives within the facility.
• Contribute to the facility modernization and digital/automation strategy.
