Qualifications
- Applicants will be on target to achieve a minimum of 2:2 honours degree level in a relevant discipline – Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Control Systems, Integrated Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Based in the Engineering team, work on real improvement projects.
- Lead production employees to execute the production of track shoes through heat treatment and paint facilities.
- Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Support facility modernisation and digital and automation strategy including data gathering for continuous improvement.
- Interact with other departments to build business cases for identified opportunities.
