Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer (Mechanical / Plumbing) to join our team on the Wheatley Contract, based from Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working on average 40 hours per week.

On offer is a salary of up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience and in addition you will receive an excellent benefits package. Execute all PPM tasks, log progress using PDA/CAFM, complete paperwork promptly, manage reactive maintenance, and supervise subcontractors on

Qualifications

• Recognised mechanical or plumbing trades qualification.
• Proven experience in commercial/industrial plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with PPM and repairs of water booster pumps.

Responsabilités

• Execute all PPM tasks with maintenance specifications and log progress.
• Complete and submit E-Forms and documentation promptly.
• Manage reactive maintenance tasks and raise quotations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and plumbing systems on site.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure safe working practices.
