Job summary

Keyence is seeking an IT/Automation support specialist to maintain shop floor visual displays and ensure accurate production information. You will help roll out Power BI dashboards, liaise with external IT providers, and drive IT projects end-to-end.

The role focuses on maintaining systems, configuring hardware and software, and connecting shop-floor data to ERP/BI tools. Training will be provided for automation and robotics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good IT literacy and genuine interest in computer systems and industrial tech.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems including ERP and vision inspection.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain shop floor visual display screens and ensure current production information.
• Support Power BI rollout across the business with dashboards and reports.
• Act as link between internal IT needs and external IT support provider; escalate as needed.
• Lead IT/technical projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Maintain records of systems, configurations and network setup.
