Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is recruiting a Design Manager to lead design management on major industrial projects in the Birmingham area. You will work closely with the project team, consultants, clients and the supply chain to ensure design coordination, buildability and delivery to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design management on major projects within a main contractor environment.
• Strong background in industrial/logistics/manufacturing schemes.
• Solid understanding of design coordination, buildability and technical compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and own delivery with consultants, clients and subcontractors.
