Job summary
Hunter Selection in Droitwich is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth across automotive, aerospace, medical, food manufacturing, rail, energy and related sectors. The role combines field visits with office collaboration and requires proven experience in technical sales. Salary is £35,000-£50,000 plus commission with fuel allowance, a company phone and 28 days
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Sales, Business Development or Engineering Sales.
- Ability to identify opportunities and build relationships with engineers.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals and cost estimates.
- Background in manufacturing, automation or industrial engineering is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical consultations.
- Understand customer processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop bespoke technical solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations and cost estimates.
- Support future business growth with the Managing Director.
