Job summary

IFS is seeking a Presales Solution Architect for Project-Based Solutions in the UK/Ireland region. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, delivering tailored demonstrations and enterprise-scale technology solutions to clients and prospects.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. You will engage with C-suite, architects, and technical leaders to position IFS as the partner of

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• 3+ years' experience in presales, consulting, or technical sales for project delivery
• Strong understanding of value from project delivery, resource management and project financial control
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex challenges
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts to executives and technical audiences
• Knowledge of AI, enterprise applications and modern software engineering
• Experience delivering workshops, demos, executive presentations and customer-facing engagements

Responsibilities

• Product Sales and Demonstrations: develop and deliver engaging product presentations and tailored demos; manage demo environments and assets; support deal closure with Account Executives; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Solutioning: design enterprise architecture solutions addressing delivery, resource management and financial control needs.
• AI Curiosity, Knowledge & Learning: stay informed on Industrial AI capabilities and market trends; participate in enablement and training programs.
• Technical Expertise: respond to RFXs, scope projects, configure software for demos, contribute to team improvements.
• Industry Thought Leadership: participate in industry forums; translate market trends into sales plays and long-term transformation roadmaps.
