We are looking for an Indirect Business Leader to help us elevate and unify our distributor approach across the region. This isn’t just about managing sales—it’s about crafting a smarter, more scalable way to grow together with our partners.

This Is Where You Come In

As the Indirect Business Leader, you will guide the direction and development of Yokogawa’s European partner network. You will act as the bridge between our local operating companies, channel partners, and global stakeholders—building alignment, strengthening capabilities, and unlocking new opportunities.

Your impact will be both strategic and operational. From laying the groundwork for centralized partner management to supporting our local teams with tools, insights, and structure, your work will directly contribute to Yokogawa’s long-term success in the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of our indirect channel strategy across Europe
  • Act as a partner to partners—supporting growth, enabling performance, and strengthening collaboration
  • Align stakeholders across sales, product marketing, local entities, and headquarters to ensure consistency and impact
  • Lay the foundation for future centralized distributor management across Europe
  • Support enablement, pricing frameworks, and reporting processes for improved channel performance
  • Travel when needed to meet with our teams and partners across Europe and build relationships face-to-face

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in distributor or channel management within a technical or industrial setting
  • A strong understanding of instrumentation or automation solutions and how they create value for customers
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to connect across cultures and regions
  • Comfortable with regular travel within Europe
