We are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing Facilities Management business, recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join the team and expand new business opportunities with commercial businesses in central London.

This is a remote role with the opportunity to work in the hubs in London and regular travel to meet clients in central London. You must be based within a 1 hour radius of London due to frequeny of client meetings.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Identify new business opportunities and target clients
• Following up on both warm and cold leads to establish connections and follow-up
• Consistently focus on client engagement and retention
• Organising client meetings to pitch FM services
• Deliver proposals and presentations to prospects
• Stay informed with networking opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
  
  

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years Business Development
• Experience in FM, Engineering, or Construction
• Experience selling into commercial buildings such as universities, hospitals, offices, etc
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
