Helios Towers Africa Ltd in London seeks an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing across HR, facilities, legal, and office services. You will drive RFx processes, negotiate major supplier contracts and ensure purchases are issued within SLAs.

Applicants should have 5+ years in indirect procurement, a university degree or equivalent, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. S/4HANA experience is highly valued, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in indirect procurement or a closely related environment.
• Experience managing categories such as Facilities, HR, Legal, Compliance, Travel, Hospitality, stationery or office services.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing best practice and supplier management.
• Proven experience in sourcing, negotiation and contract management.
• Experience influencing internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Understanding of purchase-to-pay and procurement governance.
• Experience using procurement systems, particularly S/4HANA.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organisation, planning and communication abilities.
• University degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end sourcing across indirect procurement categories.
• Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships.
• Drive RFx processes, tenders, supplier evaluations and selections.
• Assess business requirements and develop suitable commercial agreements.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
• Convert requisitions and RFQs into purchase orders and contracts within SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain procurement records, databases and documentation.
• Support procurement governance and continuous improvement.
