Job summary

You will bring listed-company governance experience, strong financial credibility and the ability to chair the audit committee in due course. The appointment is confidential and conducted under NDA with 15–20 days per year.

Qualifications

• Qualified chartered accountant with strong financial and audit background.
• Prior listed-company board experience essential with governance exposure.
• Experience in audit committee activities and chairing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, performance, risk, and financial integrity as a board member.
• Provide independent challenge to the executive team and maintain governance standards.
• Support the audit committee and contribute to succession planning for chairing.
