Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking a highly experienced Non-Executive Director to strengthen board oversight of financial reporting and risk management. The appointee will chair or serve on the Audit Committee, and provide independent judgment to challenge the executive team.

The role requires strong FCA regulatory knowledge and extensive senior finance leadership, with a focus on governance, integrity and strategic growth across a multi-jurisdictional group.

Qualifications

• Recognised accounting or finance qualification with governance experience.
• Significant board or audit committee exposure in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of FCA rules, capital and liquidity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of the Group's financial strategy and reporting.
• Chair or be a core member of the Audit Committee with accountability to the Board.
• Challenge management and strengthen internal controls and risk management.
• Evaluate major transactions, funding strategies and regulatory capital needs.
