Job summary

Search & Select partners with a distinguished international financial services organisation on the Isle of Man to appoint an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) and Board Audit Committee Chair. Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior audit, accounting, assurance or audit-governance roles.
• Experience chairing a Board Audit Committee is essential.
• Strong financial literacy with deep expertise in financial reporting and internal controls.
• AML/CFT and financial crime experience to challenge management and assess regulatory risk.
• Independent Non-Executive Director experience in regulated financial services.
