Job summary

Leeds GP Confederation invites applications for qualified MSK First Contact Practitioner Physiotherapists to work on a self-employed basis, with face-to-face appointments within multiple PCNs in Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will join an experienced team, maintaining CPD and MSK practice knowledge, supported by the MSK Professional Lead.

Qualifications

• Unsupervised diagnosis and management of varied MSK conditions in primary care.
• Experience with MSK assessment, differential diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Ability to work independently with caseload management.
• Active CPD and current MSK practice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for MSK assessment in primary care.
• Refer to other health professionals within EA service/PCNs when required.
• Provide comprehensive treatment and initiate investigations as clinically reasoned.
• Work with EA MSK Lead and PCN teams to manage a caseload.
