PHL Group is recruiting an MSK First Contact Practitioner (Level 1) to work within community GP settings as the first point of patient contact. You will autonomously assess, diagnose, and manage MSK patients, creating individualized treatment plans and coordinating referrals as required.

The role emphasises advanced clinical reasoning, professional safeguarding, and participation in ongoing CPD activities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Independently assess, diagnose and manage patients with MSK conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced clinical reasoning.
• Maintain a designated caseload and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Provide MSK advice to patients, carers, GPs and physiotherapy colleagues.

Responsibilities
