Job summary

Hft in the UK is seeking a Support Worker to empower learning disabled adults to live life their way. You will support daily living, promote independence and dignity, and encourage participation in social, leisure, work, and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Support attendance at health appointments and manage medication confidently.
• Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices.
