Discovery is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for our Frome team in Delmore Road. You will help ten residents with learning disabilities live active, fulfilling lives, supporting daily activities, shopping, appointments and social participation.

No prior experience is required, as we value your caring nature, reliability and willingness to learn. You will work as part of a supportive team, using technology to keep records and promote independent living.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support 10 people with learning disabilities to live active, independent lives.
• Help with everyday tasks: money management, shopping, chores, laundry and taking medications.
• Use digital systems to maintain support records and important information.
• Encourage independence and promote choice and dignity in all you do.
