Job summary

Discovery is seeking a dedicated Support Worker at Northmead House to help people enjoy positive, memorable short breaks in a welcoming environment. You will assist with daily living, including personal care and mobility, while supporting a variety of individuals with different needs.

We pride ourselves on training and development, inclusive values, and strong team collaboration. Shifts include early, late, long days, weekends, and sleep-ins, with opportunities to engage residents in activities

Qualifications

• You don't need previous experience to become a great Support Worker — what matters most is your attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including personal care, movement, and assistance for wheelchair users and hoists.
• Help residents enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, trips to the zoo or cinema, and friendly games.
• Shifts include earlies, lates, long days, weekends, and sleep-ins.
