Job summary

Trivallis is hiring a SAFE Support Worker on a part-time basis (22 hours per week) in a permanent role with hybrid/flexible working. The role involves delivering housing-related support to people in their own homes within the Taff area of RCT, including case management and targeted interventions to promote independence and tenancy sustainment.

Experience visiting clients in their own homes is preferred; a driving license, business insurance, and access to your own car are required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to supporting and enabling people to live independently and sustain their homes.
• Experience visiting or working with people in their own homes.
• Willingness to be flexible and drive as part of the role.

• Deliver high quality customer focused housing related support services to people in their own homes.
• Case manage and deliver targeted interventions to promote independence and social inclusion.
• Support with healthy living and tenancy sustainment.
