Job summary

Home Group Limited in Driffield is seeking a part-time CQC Supported Living Worker to support customers to live independently and safely in their own homes. The role involves personal care, assistance with daily tasks, and collaboration with care plans.

Temporary 12-month contract, 32 hours per week, day/evening shifts including sleep-ins, with enhanced DBS paid for by the employer. Training and strong team support provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate, or willing to work towards.
• Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail.
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
• Confident using initiative, calm under pressure and resilient

Responsibilities

• Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, budgeting and keeping their home.
• Support personal goals and independence as set out in customer support plans.
• Assist with appointments, hobbies, college or work.
• Provide personal care and medication support where needed.
• Complete risk assessments, set goals and review progress
