Job summary

Turning Point in Bulkington is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible. You will assist with daily tasks, promote meaningful activities, and support residents in a person-centred way across a 24-hour service.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient approach to care.
• Able to support daily living activities and home tasks.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote the independence of people we support.
• Assist with daily activities including cleaning, cooking, and outings.
• Arrange activities in the home and local community.
• Develop residents' life skills and personal interests.
• Help residents stay safe and healthy; assist with personal care; support medication administration.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service monitoring.
