Arawak Walton Housing Association is seeking an committed individual to deliver high-quality housing and support services for tenants within over-55 schemes in Manchester. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants, drive improvements, and support efficiency to meet strategic goals.

The role focuses on safeguarding, risk assessment, and the day-to-day management of facilities, repairs, and contractor access, with a collaborative team environment and opportunities to grow within the

Qualifications

• Experience of working with older people.
• Exceptionally high standard of customer care and service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support services to tenants, carrying out risk assessments and support plans with tenants and complete daily check-ins.
• Promote communication by involving tenants in decisions about the running of schemes and facilitate events inviting tenant interaction.
• Be responsible for day-to-day management of facilities and services, liaising with tenants about repairs and contractor access.
• Be alert to safeguarding issues and signs of abuse.
