Abri is seeking an Independent Living Partner to support customers aged 55+ within our Liphook Independent Living scheme. You will be the first point of contact for tenancy, leasehold and housing management, building trusted relationships to help residents maintain independence.
The role includes inductions, allocations, wellbeing checks and safeguarding, plus health and safety duties, with travel between schemes as needed. DBS check required and driving license essential.
At Abri, we believe that a home is more than just four walls. It's a place where people should feel safe, connected and able to live life on their own terms. That's why we're excited to announce we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Independent Living Partner to support customers aged 55+ living within our (Liphook - GU33 7LG) Independent Living scheme. This is a unique opportunity to combine housing management expertise with a customer-first approach, helping older people maintain their independence while creating a thriving, welcoming community within the scheme. No two days will be the same. One day you might be helping a new customer settle into their home, the next advising them on tenancy-related matters, testing fire and security alarms or bringing residents together through community events and activities. Most importantly, you'll make a genuine difference to people's lives every day.
As this role requires occasional travel to our offices and to other schemes, a full driving license and your own transport will be essential.
As you’ll be working with potentially vulnerable customers, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.
