VIVID is recruiting an Independent Living Officer to join our tenancy management team covering Basingstoke and the North Hampshire area. The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) with 20% office-based work from our Basingstoke office.

You’ll provide enhanced housing management and tenancy support across extra care and sheltered housing schemes, acting as the first point of contact for residents and coordinating with internal colleagues and external agencies to keep schemes safe and

Formación

• Experience in housing management or tenancy support.
• Knowledge of Housing Legislation and safeguarding.
• Experience with benefit systems and social services.
• Must be willing to travel across North Hampshire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tenancy support and housing management across extra care and sheltered schemes.
• Coordinate with local authorities and partners to support new residents.
• Organise promotional events and identify potential residents.
• Support multi-agency care plans and ensure safety and maintenance of schemes.
