Well known Social Housing organisation in Central London is seeking an Independent Living Advisor to support residents and manage properties, ensuring independent living and high service standards.

The role is temporary with three days in the office per week, offering practical experience in housing services and resident support.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of independent living and support needs.
• Basic DBS
• Drivers Licence - Preferably with a vehicle
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
