Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our flexible, patient-centered team in the United Kingdom. You will manage online referrals, provide brief, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions), and support clients dealing with workplace and personal challenges.

Applicants should have accredited qualifications and ongoing supervision. You will collaborate with our Provider Services team, ensuring robust documentation and adherence to data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Accreditation with a recognised body (BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP) or equivalent.
• Diploma-level qualification with 3+ years post-qualification experience and 450+ counselling hours.
• Experience with short-term, solution-focused therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Regular clinical supervision should be in place and professional indemnity coverage maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manage online referrals with prompt response times.
• Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions).
• Connect with diverse clients facing workplace and personal challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback.
• Collaborate with Provider Services on risk management.
