Job summary

Telus Health is seeking qualified mental health professionals to deliver short-term, solution-focused counselling with flexible working arrangements and full control over referrals and scheduling. This role supports workplace and personal challenges across diverse client groups.

You will manage online referrals, maintain comprehensive case documentation, and collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management.

Qualifications

• Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent.
• Alternative: Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
• Approach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.
• Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
• Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
• Compliance: ICO registration as Data Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage online referrals with prompt response times
• Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
• Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
• Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
