Job summary

Innovate Awarding, part of the Lifetime Group, is seeking innovative, approachable Hospitality professionals who want to transform their careers by becoming assessors. You will work with apprentices and their employers to plan and carry out assessments against the apprenticeship standard for their role.

We welcome qualified or unqualified applicants and provide full training, CPD, and flexible working options to support your occupational development and career progression within the hospitality

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality experience with customer-facing roles.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to train and gain assessor qualifications (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out assessments against apprenticeship standards.
• Support apprentices and employers throughout the assessment process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety in hospitality.

What will you be doing?

Working with apprentices and their employers to plan and carry out their assessment, assessing their skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard for their role.

What will you bring to the role?

• We are seeking individuals for specific specialism around Front of house and Back of house.
• We will consider qualified and unqualified for this role.
• A a proven passion for and hands-on experience within Hospitality
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for Proficient).
