Job summary

Innovate Awarding, part of the Lifetime Group, is seeking innovative Public Transport Assessors to help shape the next generation of industry experts. You will work with apprentices and employers to plan and carry out assessments against apprenticeship standards.

Ideal candidates bring transport sector experience, hold Cat D/CPC/DQC licences, possess an Assessors qualification, and have a passion for public transport along with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in public transport, road and rail.
• Must have relevant licence - Cat D / CPC / DQC.
• An Assessors qualification is required.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency with MS Office and IT systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out assessments with apprentices and employers.
• Assess skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard.

What will you be doing?

Working with apprentices and their employers to plan and carry out their assessment, assessing their skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard for their role.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience in public transport, road and rail
• Must have relevant licence - Cat D / CPC / DQC
• An Assessors qualification
• A a proven passion for and hands-on experience within Public Transport
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for Proficient).
