Job summary

Innovate Awarding, part of the Lifetime Group, seeks experienced Passenger Transport professionals to plan and carry out assessments for apprentices with their employers. You will evaluate skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard for each role.

Familiarity with MS Office is expected; an Assessors qualification is required, and a full UK driving licence (Cat D / DQC / CPC) is essential, with access to a vehicle. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold UK driving licence Cat D / DQC / CPC or equivalent.
• Assessors qualification is required.
• Hands-on experience in Passenger Transport preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; training provided for Proficient use.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out assessments with apprentices and their employers.
• Assess apprentice skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard.

What will you be doing?

Working with apprentices and their employers to plan and carry out their assessment, assessing their skills, knowledge and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard for their role.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experienced transport professional must hold relevant driving licences / qualification - UK driving licence Cat D / DQC / CPC
• An Assessors qualification
• A a proven passion for and hands‑on experience within Passenger Transport
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for Proficient).
