If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join Suffolk County Council's West Sudbury Team as an Independence and Wellbeing Practitioner, working from the Sudbury Locality Area.
We are seeking a dedicated practitioner with a positive mindset to join our team in West Suffolk. You will collaborate with colleagues within and outside the organisation, including health professionals, the allocations lead, Business, Finance and Service Development teams, and wider partners. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your experience in Adult Social Care.
