A leading organization is seeking a Mind and Body Practitioner to provide essential community support for young people's mental health. As a Mind and Body Practitioner, you will provide community-based support, information, training, education, and guidance related to self-harm and risk-taking behaviour. You will be committed to improving access to appropriate mental health services for young service users, focusing on self-harm and risk-taking behaviours.
You will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working and support the daily operation of services via evidence-based treatment interventions. Your responsibilities include managing an active caseload, providing structured psychosocial interventions, harm minimisation strategies, and assisting in delivering an integrated service through assessment, recovery planning, referrals, support, and interventions.
You will also develop and disseminate emotional and mental wellbeing information, advice, and social wellbeing in both group and one-to-one settings, including screening for emotional wellbeing.
